REGISTRATION
Registration shall be completed once the following steps have been submitted:
1. Completed registration form including the acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. Picking and payment of a membership package.
3. Payment for the relevant term/season.
Admission will be subject to the availability of a place at the requested training location. The enrollment of a player will be only considered as confirmed upon a written confirmation sent to the parents/guardians. The sibling’s discount of 10% will be applied for the second child and for the third. This discount should be applied to further children only when all siblings are registered at the same time.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The membership package fee and the payment of the terms are not refundable under any cancellation circumstances. That means that in case the player has enrolled for a full term/season but cancels during the first term, the player will be charged the full-term fee.
A refund will be applicable only in the case of a serious medical condition that prohibits that player from participating for more than 6 weeks in the training and which condition has been established by providing a medical certificate.
A bank charge of 3% will be deducted for approved refunds if payments were made by credit card.
Confirmed registration can be canceled and the total of the payments will be refunded using the original mode of payment when notice is provided to Ajax Academy UAE on info@ajaxacademyuae.com at a minimum of 14 days before the start of the relevant term.
GENERAL
Ajax Academy UAE reserves the right to place players in the correct age category or in an alternate age category based on the skills level as determined by the Academy coaches as well as canceling a course, changing the term schedule or location for a necessary reason. If the wish of a change of location is mentioned, we will do our best to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee that there will be availability.
No makeup sessions will be offered for missed classes without any notice/communication and all classes will be conducted in English. If your child has any symptoms of a cold, flu, or fever, has a cough, temperature, breathing difficulty, respiratory disease, or immunodeficiency, please do not bring them to the session for their safety.
Ajax Academy training sessions are done in closed sessions reserved for the players, their parents/guardians, and identified friends and family members. Any video recording or photography during the training session by parents and third parties is strictly prohibited. Neither you nor the participant shall disclose or use any aspect of our course for commercial purposes.
The players or the parent(s)/guardian(s) (in case of minor participant) grant Ajax Academy the worldwide right without approval or compensation, to use the participant’s name, photographic or video image or likeness for its reasonable commercial purposes such as newspaper or magazine ads and online social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram etc).
LIABILITY
DATA PROTECTION. PRIVACY POLICY
All information players provide will stay confidential and will be shared only on a “need-to-know” basis.
Ajax Academy reserves the right to contact the player to demand proof of their true age by supplying a photocopy of their official identity card or an equivalent document. If the player does not provide the requested documentation, AJAX can refuse to provide the Academy services to the Player.
SECURITY
MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by UAE law.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the UAE.
Ajax Academy UAE and AJAX reserve the right to take legal action against anyone who undertakes any kind of act that could be considered an infringement of the present terms and conditions.
